In the March 4, 1915 classified section of the Frontier Signal, we again meet Dan McMillar, rescued from the runaway iceboat Sophie II in December, this time in his capacity as a Provincial Policeman. There’s probably a simple explanation, but it’s more fun to imagine how it became necessary for him to place this somewhat embarrassing ad!
