Administrative history / Biographical sketch
Albert Reid came to the South Peace with his parents and two younger siblings from Sweet Grass, Montana, in 1917 when he was 16 years old. He had two daughters, Danna and Rita, with his partner Berthe Maton.

Held by the family of Albert Reid and eventually passed down to grandchild Laurel Rees prior to donation

This fonds contains digital copies of photographs that Albert Reid took of family members and scenery around Wembley, including the Wembley School, between 1928 and 1930. Individuals depicted include partner Berthe Maton and children Danna Reid and Rita Reid.
