Item is the Peace River Archaeology Society’s general ledger. The ledger contains entries beginning with the society’s formation in 1989 and ending with its closure in 2001. Loose Alberta Treasury Branches documents also accompanied the records inside the ledger.

File consists of phone bills from Alberta Government Telephones (AGT) and later Telus. The bills indicate that they were addressed to individual people in care of the Peace River Archaeology Society, but the consistent account number across different people suggests that these are for the society’s phone account rather than anyone’s personal phone.

The file contains three lists identifying the slides with the last of the three appearing to be the closest match to the slides included. The file also includes a disc with a digital version of the presentation slides.

Note:

Slides are estimated to have been created between 1986 and 1994 judging by some of the slide borders and the letters regarding the presentations. The optical disc is from 2006, several years after the PRAS’ dissolution, but is being kept here due to its relation to the slides and out of respect for its original order.
