Herbert “Herb” Kadatz was born on October 10th, 1922 in New Sarepta, AB. He served in the Army as a Private in M-107510, Royal Canadian Army Service Corp. (RCASC). He passed away on November 2nd, 1993 in Grande Prairie, AB at the age of 71 years old. He was married to Erna and they had 4 daughters. The Legion Honour Guard was present at his funeral. He is buried in the Grande Prairie Cemetery.
