Regiment: PPCLI (Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry)
Born on July 2, 1911, in Vonda SK, Bill Frissell was the son of Albert and Annie Frissell. When he served in WW II, Bill was stationed in Italy as a field ambulance orderly. In 1940, Bill married Margaret Adelaide and they had 3 children: Carol, Allen, and Brian. The family settled in Kamloops BC where Bill died on June 22, 1999 at age 89, and Margaret died in 2008 at age 93 (or 94).
