Admission Fees:

No admission fees are charged for on-site research by users of the archives.

Research Fees:

Researchers are available for long-distance requests. A research fee ($15.00 per half hour or part thereof) will be applied to requests that require staff more than 1/2 hour to process. Referrals to collections in other organizations are free.

Photograph Orders:

Reproductions may be ordered from the archives at the following rates:

4 x 6......................................$6.00
5 x 7...................................$10.00
8 x 10.................................$15.00

Allow for a 2 week turn around on photograph orders.

Scanned Images:

High resolution (3000 pixels along longest side)...........$15.00

Poster-sized (6000 pixels along longest side)......................$30.00

Bulk orders of images: $6.00 per image for orders of 50 or more images, to encourage the publication of history. Poster-sized .tiffs excluded.

Map Orders:

Prints or photocopies available. Price varies according to size and quality. Inquire.

Oral Histories:

Copies of digitized oral histories on CD .......$15.00

Digitized Videos:

Copies of digitized videos on DVD ......$20.00/video

Digitized Film:

Digital copies of selected reels of film from the Archives holdings are available at a cost of $0.30 per foot,  sold by the reel.

Photocopies:

Per page.....................................................$    0.25

Mylaring Documents:

The cost of the materials ($2.00/linear foot for mylar and tape), plus the time of the archivist at $25.00 per hour, plus a service charge of 20% for non-members.

Additional postage/handling charges may apply for special packaging or large orders, or to cover expenses of long distance phone calls.
